The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any moment without notice to the public or clients, though James may make friendly reminders to clients regarding their change.

Cancellations Not Refunded

James Coder may out of his discression choose on an individual basis to refund cancellations, for example cancellations due to emergencies.  All booking payments in principle are final.

Privacy Notice

Writeanoia reserves the right to transfer client information from one digital platform to another for the purpose of maintaining contact with the client and other purposes.  Writeanoia does not sell client information.

Merger Clause

This contract represents the complete agreement between Writeanoia and the student.  It can only be modified in writing. The website is not part of the contract.
